Appointment Reservations
We do our best to ensure that our clients obtain their desired appointments, therefore we recommend making appointments as far in advance as possible. To accommodate desired appointments, a credit card is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment reservation. Gift certificates or may be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. We store this information in order to enforce our cancellation policy and only make necessary charges on your credit card or gift certificate at the close of business, on the date of the scheduled appointment. Appointment Cancellations Policies & Fees:
The staff at Sea Grass love what they do and your spa services are specialized and reserved just for you. We value our clients and ask that you respect and abide by our appointment booking and cancellation policies. We politely request a 24 hour notice of cancellation or change of appointment request.
No-shows and late cancellations will incur a fee of 40% of  the treatment price which will be charged to your credit card, gift card or Groupon voucher at closing time on the date of the appointment.
We acknowledge that time is valuable to our clients and staff, that is why we we have implemented these policies. When appointments are late cancelled or are a No-Show, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have been scheduled in your reservation time. In addition, many times our staff works on an on-call basis and have commuted in just for you. It is only fair that they be compensated for their time and for the business to recoup lost revenue.
When you schedule an appointment with us, you are accepting our booking/cancellation policies. All services require a credit card, gift certificate or Groupon voucher number in order to book an appointment.
Please have one of these payment options ready when booking.
NO charges will be incurred, unless you late cancel or No-Show.

Check-In
We encourage our NEW clients to arrive 15 minutes early to have ample time to fill out and review an intake form before their scheduled treatment/s. For our frequent visitors, we encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes early for any new items or issues that will need to be discussed before treatment. Out of respect for every client coming in to enjoy a relaxing treatment, we ask that all cell phones be shut off or silenced once you enter the spa. Please notify your therapist if you must receive or make a phone call during the time of your appointment and note that this cell phone use will affect the length your appointment.
 
 
Late Arrivals
We take our time and all of our client’s time seriously, this is why we strive to begin and end treatment times on schedule. If you are late, we will perform as much of your treatment as possible in the remaining appointment time and the full treatment fee will apply. If you are more than 20 minutes late, a reschedule will need to be done and, depending on the circumstances, you may still be required to pay the 40% of your treatment session.
 
 
Gift Cards
Gift Certificates are available for any amount towards any service on our menu. Our gift cards do not expire but are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other offers. Our gift cards can be refilled. Due to various Gift Card Promotions that we offer, we can no longer accept tipping on gift cards. Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse payment of any gift certificate that is lost or stolen. Please mention gift certificates and Groupons at time of booking.
 
 
 
 
Groupon Vouchers
It is best to use Groupon Vouchers before they expire.
However, the value (the amount you paid) for the Groupon does not expire, and can be used towards any FULL priced service from our menu.
Groupons whether they are expired or not can NOT be combined with any other promotions or special offers.

Prices and services are subject to change at anytime. We do our best to keep our clients informed of any service or price changes in advance, however we encourage our clients to always inquire about services and prices at the time of booking.

Gratuity Etiquette
Gratuity is not automatically included in the price of our services. Gratuity is always at the client’s discretion, however customary tipping runs between 15% to 20%. Tipping may be done in cash, credit card, and check and can given directly to your therapist or to the front desk personnel. Due to various Gift Card Promotions that we offer, we can no longer accept tipping on gift cards.
 
 
 
 

Privacy Policy
Information collected for email campaigns, information distribution and service/product savings with Sea Grass Therapies and all its affiliates under the same location are strictly for the individuals who signed voluntarily and with full knowledge. We do not sale or purchase lists that will jeopardize our commitment to our customers, clients or patients privacy. Any and all our campaigns will allow individuals to opt out to campaigns at any time.
